Food and drink are fine and You can still order inside but I really only came here to kill some time and sit down in a nice cafe but no cafe is left after their remodel no place to chill or study I'm not really sure what the reason behind this new set up is but uh if you don't have a good phone or the app you might be s.o.l ordering from the window as I believe it's only pick up. Wish there was a menus inside atleast. I know my mom wouldn't be able to order from here cause she has a dinosaur phone so all the older people will probably have issues so anyways I guess I'm curious to know why the set up is like this now ? Atleast outdoor seating could have been nice I feel like I'm at an airport information counter to be honest . Just my two cents. But I was able to order from counter I just had to ask what food they had and he had to go through the list which feels like it's more work on your employees would be easier to just have a menu up what if someone doesn't know what they want and doesn't have a phone or their phone is dead no way to know what to order

Being a partner at one of the busiest locations in the nation it's fun to goto other locations and see how they handle things. It amazes me that my location does 200 customers in a half hour and our wait time is the same as locations that do a fraction of the business. But the staff was pleasant and willing to help my niece out

Ordered online and did the drive thru. At first I was kinda leery since the line was super long. The line surprisingly went really fast. My drink was made correctly and ready to go as soon as I got to the window. The barista was super friendly. I'd come again if in the area.

Saw a worker totally dedicate his time to helping someone pick up ALL OF HER FOUR COFFEES SHE SPILLED (outside on her car) and it was just the sweetest most selfless thing. Keep up the good work I believe his name was Brian!!

This is my home store. I am so lucky to have a drive thru location so close. Their drive thru is wicked fast but it wraps weirdly around a cramped parking lot. The exit/entrance is narrow on the east side of the lot. It has access to Ridge and Day dr. The baristas are always friendly and fast and this is a clean location. I would only wish for more outside seating and a bigger location. Keep up the awesomeness!
